Recordings to help you get to sleep




Many who have trouble getting to sleep, have trouble "turning their brains off."  By
this, I mean that often there is a constant flow of thoughts.  Many fear that if they
"don't think about it now," that they "will forget something important."  These
thoughts can be some pressing stressors or merely thinking about the day, what
tomorrow will bring, etc.  There are any number of recordings commercially
available or as downloads on the internet.  There literally ARE "apps for that"
(for smart phones).  I suggest going to your library and trying different type of recordings.
